37 Clinical collects continuous temperature and other physiological data.

Our proprietary AI platform analyses the data, in real time, to predict the onset of infections, adverse events and physiological decline, days before the person is aware of their own symptoms.

The platform comprises an AI-based analytics engine, a small wearable sensor*, and a smartphone app.

The analytics engine has achieved proof-of-concept using temperature data from more than 3,000 people.

37 Clinical is working with world leading academics and clinicians. It plans clinical studies in Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD); Bronchiectasis and Asthma to prove the system can predict pulmonary exacerbations in advance of the manifest of obvious symptoms

Prediction of pulmonary exacerbations allows earlier therapeutic intervention. Earlier treatment of COPD exacerbations typically reduces their severity and reduces the likelihood of hospital admission.

37 Clinical is also working with pharmaceutical companies, health data platform companies and medical device companies to commercialise its offering.

*37 Clinical has its own wearable temperature sensor. However the analytics platform is compatible with any high-quality continuous temperature data stream. We are happy to work with any suitable temperature sensor or data.
